However, staff responsiveness needs improvement.

My stay at SpringHill Suites was enjoyable. The spacious room featured a small kitchen, and the staff provided friendly service. While the noise from the nearby highway was noticeable, the overall cleanliness and breakfast options were commendable.

missingWrote a review on 07 Julspacious suiteconvenient locationparking issues
The one-bedroom suite offered ample space with clean, contemporary design, perfect for a family stay. Location’s proximity to the university made it incredibly convenient for our events and nearby dining options.
Renovations caused parking chaos, with trailers and dumpsters blocking spots, making arrivals a hassle. Ice machines were out of service, and while water bottles were in the room, charging $4 for each felt excessive. Breakfast timing is crucial. if you arrive late, expect slim pickings. The lobby needed better cleaning practices as the mop gave off an unpleasant odor.

missingWrote a review on 10 Junspacious suitehelpful staffpoorly draining tub
Had a fantastic time with friends! We visited a local museum and enjoyed a great restaurant nearby. The staff was super helpful, and the suite was spacious. Just a heads up, the hotel is under renovation, so some areas might feel a bit chaotic.
One downside was the cleanliness of the tub. it didn't drain well and had some leftover water in it after we used it.

An unexpectedly chaotic stay
The staff were compassionate during our ordeal. They tried their best to assist us amid the confusion over our reservation. The lobby was spacious and inviting.
We faced accusations of not paying, which was extremely upsetting, especially after a month of staying there.

clean look renovations, convenient proximity to local restaurants, usable indoor pool
A shame that some amenities were unavailable, like the ice machines. Charging for bottled water is just unnecessary!!! It would be better if guests received that complimentary.

We had a king suite that was spacious and clean a real plus for my kids who needed room to breathe. The staff was nice, greeting us like family right from check-in, and offered us a bottle of wine when our TV didn't work. Seriously, it felt personal.
It wasn't cheap , but the experience was acceptable overall.
